2005. Ceramic and Acupuncture Needles. This is a self portrait represents I how I relate to the imagery and lifestyle of a cactus, having grown up in the South Western desert. The needles in the eyes represent at need to adjust and balance one's eyes with today's rapid and overwhelming visual culture.
